Cooking Instructions
Please cook all pork to a minimum internal temperature of 145F
PORK CHOPS
-Thaw the night before in the fridge for best results.
-For cooking pork chops I first like to sear each side of the pork chop for one minute at high temperature to Brown and contain all juices in the meat.
-Add seasonings of your choice.
-I then like to cook covered in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes, put minimum of 1inch of water in the bottom of the roasting pan so you do not dry out your pork chops
-The pork chops on for slow cooking after that and cook two desired tenderness at a temperature of 250F.
ROASTS
-Thaw the night before in the fridge for best results.
-Sear all sides of the roast until brown to retain moisture
-Add seasonings of your choice.
-Bake in oven uncovered at 375F for 1 hour
-Put 1 inch of water in the bottom of the pan and cover and put on slow cook for 2-5 hours (slow cook option on oven or 250F)
-Cook to desired tenderness.
TIP: USE PARCHMENT PAPER UNDER ALL MEAT IN THE OVEN TO MAKE IT EASIER TO WASH PAN
