Berkshire Pork

Berkshire pork that was raised on our farm outdoors year-round.

All sausage and cuts are frozen  

Garlic sausage comes in singles and are approximately 1.5 pounds each-once thought you may eat as is or fry.

Farmer sausage comes in a package with two sticks- you will need to cook this to a food safe internal temperature. 

Sausages may weigh a little more or a little less but I went with a happy medium to make it easier for ordering.

Other products we have available is cured/ smoked ham, cured and smoked bacon. 

As well as beautiful pork chops, and pork steaks. 

For the items that you don’t see in the online store, please send us a message or an email and we can put together a custom order for you as each package weighs something different when it comes to items other than sausage  

All of the pork we are selling has been raised from either birth, or weanling, to the end processing. 

We are doing sporadic delivery dates due to current work schedule as well as upcoming planting. I will message you the day before delivery, so please leave a cooler or cooler bag outside for us in the event that you were not home when we arrive.  If you would like to free pick up, you can meet me at the St. James Costco on Mondays at 11 AM.

All pork available for sale has been inspected by a government, inspector and packaged at the Interlake Packers, St. Laurent, MB
