FARM SAFETY NOTICE

At CLEGR Farms, we prioritize safety and take every reasonable precaution to maintain a secure environment for all visitors. We do our best to ensure your safety while on our property; however, we cannot be everywhere at all times. As an active farm, there are moving equipment, heavy machinery, and natural hazards that require visitors to exercise caution. 

Additionally, our farm is located directly off Highway 6, where high-speed traffic is present.

By entering our property, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

-Visitors enter at their own risk. While we work hard to maintain a safe environment, CLEGR Farms is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the property.

-Farm equipment and heavy machinery are in regular operation. Always stay in designated pickup areas and avoid restricted zones.

-Children must be supervised at all times. Farms can be unpredictable, and extra caution is required.

-Livestock and wildlife may be present. Animals can behave unpredictably—please do not attempt to touch or feed any animals.

-Highway 6 traffic: Be extra cautious when entering or exiting the property, as vehicles may be traveling at high speeds.

• While CLEGR Farms takes every reasonable measure to ensure visitor safety, we cannot guarantee a hazard-free environment at all times.

• CLEGR Farms is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or accidents.

• You will follow posted safety signs and respect all farm operations.

• You understand that failure to follow safety guidelines may result in being asked to leave the property.
